By accessing or using RegTwin AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
RegTwin AI is an autonomous regulatory compliance platform that uses AI agents to monitor regulations, analyze impact, manage controls, predict audit findings, and generate reports. The platform is designed to assist — not replace — your compliance team's professional judgment.
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you provide, maintaining appropriate human oversight of AI-generated outputs, and ensuring all compliance decisions receive appropriate review and approval within your organization. RegTwin AI operates on a human-in-the-loop model — agents recommend, your team approves.
You retain full ownership of all data you upload or generate through the platform. RegTwin AI does not claim ownership of your regulatory data, control frameworks, reports, or any outputs generated by the platform on your behalf.
RegTwin AI provides AI-assisted compliance analysis and should not be considered legal or regulatory advice. While our agents are designed to be thorough and accurate, you should independently verify critical compliance decisions. We are not liable for regulatory actions, audit findings, or penalties arising from reliance on platform outputs without appropriate professional review.
We strive for 99.9% uptime and will notify you of planned maintenance windows. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with 30 days notice. Enterprise customers receive SLA guarantees as specified in their service agreement.
You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, you will have 30 days to export your data. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive use of the platform.
